Viper products are designed and manufactured under the most stringent and modern quality standards. The result is a long lasting product with very low failure rate. Should the product have an inadvertent failure, following are the warranty terms:

  • The product is warranted against defects and workmanship for a period beginning from the date of purchase.
  • During the warranty period the defective product will be repaired at no charge.
  • To obtain the warranty service the product must be delivered to Viper office (Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad) either in its original package or suitable protective packaging. Proof of purchase in the form of a sale invoice must be presented to obtain service.
  • The warranty does not cover physical damages (check "Damages Definition.pdf") , (check "Damages Definition 1.pdf") .
  • Damage or loss to any software programs or data, or damage due to act of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, rusting, burning, abnormal or unusually heavy use, causes external to the product such as excessive heat or humidity or modifications of this product.
  • Improper installation, operation, testing or maintenance of the product. Power failure or connection to improper voltage supply.
  • Attempted repair by any third party. The warranty is invalid if the product serial number and warranty seals have been altered, tempered or removed.
